Ladner is a diverse community of over 20,000 residents. Ladner is the business and administrative centre of the Municipality of Delta. Located on rich farmland at the mouth of the Fraser River, it has a long and continuing tradition of both agriculture and fishing industries.
In the heart of Ladner is Ladner Village, featuring several turn-of -the-century heritage buildings, many of which are located on Arthur Drive, which was the place to live in early 1900's Ladner.
Only minutes from the town centre is picturesque Ladner Harbour. A lively fishing port with restaurants and neighbourhood pubs, the many patios and picture windows overlooking the river give way to spectacular views. The harbour has been, and remains, a focal point for this part of the historic village.
