Business Events

Our Thursday morning meeting is an LBA tradition. This casual yet informative meeting is a great opportunity to network, to stay up to date with what’s happening in our community and to hear from a guest speaker. Often, some of our elected representatives or their staff are present to provide news and updates.

These meetings are free and open to non-members. However, only members may participate in LBA business matters such as approving minutes, making a motion, and voting.

Each month we try to host a networking event at one of our member businesses. These events are ideal for members and other business owners and operators who are unable to attend the Thursday morning meetings.

Summertime is when we invite our members to join us for a casual evening of good food, networking and lots of door prizes.  Many of our members bring their staff or employees as a token of their appreciation.  This is a well-attended, popular event that we look forward to every year.  Don't forget to bring a door prize!
